• Phase 1 of Hideaway Place Apartments was built by our family in 1995.  We added Phase 2 in 1997 and Phase 3 in 1999.  

• We are proud to be a Monroe family and will continue to stay hands on with the management and operations of the complex.  The 2nd generation is now full time at the complex and 3rd generation assists whenever possible.  

• We care about our tenants and providing a pleasant home and environment.

• All apartments are updated as they become vacant with vinyl plank flooring, new fixtures, framed mirrors, and some with granite counter tops.
